Research, plan, build: a three-agent flow in one click
Instead of handing a big job to one agent, split it into three stages. AgentVera opens a researcher, a planner and a builder agent, connects them with a flow and starts it. Each stage writes its work to a file and the next one picks up from there.

Three stages, three files
The researcher doesn’t write code; it puts its findings in 01-arastirma.md. The planner collects the goal, what’s out of scope, the files to touch, the steps, the test strategy and acceptance criteria in 02-plan.md. The builder implements the plan and runs the tests.
- Handoff files live under .agentvera/handoff/, one folder per run.
- That folder is kept out of git through the local exclude file, so your repo doesn’t change.
- You pick the tool for each stage: Claude Code, Codex or another CLI agent. The default is Claude Code for all three.
It only moves on when the work is done
A stage advances when the agent’s reply ends with the [[TESLİM]] marker, so questions in between don’t push the flow forward. “Ask for my approval before the plan goes to the builder” is on by default: the plan comes to you, and the builder starts once you approve. You can approve from Telegram too.
How to start it
- 1
Pick “Research → Plan → Build” in the ⌘K command palette, or use the button in Details → Flows.
- 2
Write the topic and goal, and choose a tool for each stage.
- 3
Create and start: three agents take their panes and the flow begins.
- 4
Approve the plan when it’s ready; the builder implements it and runs the tests.
Questions
Can I use different agents for each stage?
Yes. For example, Claude Code for research and planning and Codex for the build.
Do the handoff files end up in my repo?
No. The .agentvera/handoff/ folder is excluded through the repo’s local exclude file.
Can I change the flow afterwards?
Yes. The created flow is a regular flow in Details → Flows, and you can edit its nodes and connections.
