Terms of Use

1. The Service

AgentVera lets you manage the coding agents and terminal sessions installed on your computer in one desktop app. AgentVera does not provide an AI model; models and their billing come from the providers of the agents you use.

2. License

As long as you follow these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use AgentVera for personal and commercial work.

Except where the law expressly allows it, you may not reverse engineer, copy and redistribute, sell or rent the app, or try to bypass license or access controls.

3. Beta and plans

AgentVera is in beta; features may change or be removed. There is a free plan and there are paid plans; current prices and limits are published on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions follow the amount, period and renewal terms shown at checkout.

4. Third-party tools and accounts

Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Copilot and the other tools are products of their own providers and subject to their terms. Installing them, creating their accounts and following their terms is your responsibility.

Use features such as automatic account switching only as the relevant provider’s terms allow. We are not responsible for the consequences of how provider accounts are used.

The same applies to services you connect, such as MCP servers, Telegram, GitHub, Docker and SSH servers.

5. What agents do

Agents run real commands on your computer or on servers you connect, change files and may make network requests. You are responsible for the instructions and permissions you give agents and for the results.

Features such as auto approval, night shift, agent database access and agent SSH access let agents act without asking you each time. You are responsible for their settings and results; you can turn them off or restrict them as needed.

Features like turns and undo help, but they are not a backup. We recommend backing up important data regularly.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others’ rights, to create or spread malware, or to access systems without authorization. We may suspend access to account services in case of abuse.

7. Intellectual property

AgentVera’s software, name and logo belong to Solviera Teknoloji. Your code and content belong to you; we claim no rights over them.

Other product names and logos mentioned on the site and in the app are trademarks of their respective owners; AgentVera is not affiliated with these companies.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data, profits or business arising from use of the Service. Liability for intent and gross negligence and mandatory consumer protection rights are not affected.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service, uninstall the app and delete your account at any time. We may end your access to account services if you breach these terms.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page and applies from its publication date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
