A desktop app for Cursor Agent
AgentVera opens the cursor-agent command in a real terminal. An empty Cursor chat is created for every new agent and the agent always returns to it, so several Cursor agents can work in one project without mixing up.

- Cursor uses its own CLI session; if you’re signed out, the agent’s terminal asks you to sign in on first launch.
- Model
- Left empty, the model from your Cursor settings is used. List models with cursor-agent models.
- Effort
- Cursor CLI has no effort levels.
- Role
- Cursor CLI has no extra-instructions flag; use AGENTS.md or rule files for lasting instructions.
- Session resume
- The agent starts with the id of a chat opened by cursor-agent create-chat (--resume). If no id comes back, --continue is used.
- MCP and browser
- AgentVera’s MCP servers aren’t passed to Cursor.

Side-by-side panes
The agent opens in the same grid as the project’s other agents; the layout is remembered per project.
Flows
When the agent finishes a turn, its reply goes through a template to another agent; turn limits stop loops.
Automatic code review
When a turn ends, the code it wrote is reviewed by the Claude model you pick, with findings linked to file:line.
Telegram notifications
Finished turns, errors and flows waiting for approval reach your phone; reply to message the agent.
Queue and broadcast
Queue a message while the agent is busy, or send one message to the agents you pick.
Picks up where it left off
An agent that has received a message returns to its conversation when the app reopens.
Questions
Does the Cursor editor need to be open?
No. AgentVera only uses the Cursor Agent CLI (cursor-agent or agent).
Do several Cursor agents share one chat?
No. Each agent gets its own chat and returns to it when restarted.
