Search and statistics read the local conversation logs under ~/.claude/projects for Claude Code and ~/.codex/sessions for Codex. Nothing is sent to a server.

Does it find conversations started outside AgentVera?
Yes. Search reads the CLI’s local logs, so it doesn’t matter where you started the conversation.

Can I continue a conversation?
Yes. From the viewer, resume it in a new agent where it left off.
